To improve and streamline our customer support we are giving you a way to officially submit and check up on your questions, requests, and suggestions.

To submit a new support ticket or check your ticket status, please make a selection on the top right of the website.

When submitting a support ticket, you will need to provide your email and a description of your support request.

If you don’t already have an account, you will be sent an email to set a password so that you can check the status of your request. This is optional. Once your support ticket has been processed you will receive a response from the Experty support team.
