March is bringing you exciting new updates and major improvements to the Experty app. Let’s take a look at some of the biggest new features we have for you.

Video Calls

You can now speak with people on Experty face to face. This greatly increases usability and opens up the app to experts who require video to interact with their callers. We know you’ve been waiting for this, and it’s finally here!

Share your Screen

Building on the new video capabilities, screen sharing allows anyone to easily share information such as tutorials, slideshows, digital whiteboards, and more! A plugin is required to perform a screenshare on the web version. This can be installed here: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/experty-application/dglmiifglmopgilmifnobpkdlejjeohd

Advanced Payments

Not everyone needs a per-minute rate. That’s why we have brought you more payment options so you can choose what is right for you. Advanced payments are available to Experts using a centralized type of account. These payment options include a time range and per call rates.

Email Login

You can now login using a simple email/password combination in addition to the options provided previously — Facebook, Google, and Dock. This means that you have more freedom to choose our preferred login method.

Messaging During Calls

Want to share as message during a call? Now you can! We have added the ability for you to simultaneously be on a call and send messages. This can be done on the call screen if you are using the web app, or on the chat page during the call on mobile.

Improved Search

Searching for people in the app is important, so we have improved our search algorithm. It is now easier to search in the app, and the search will yield faster results.

We are very happy to be bringing these new features and improvements for you to enjoy. Join us on Twitter and let us know what you think of the latest updates.

Best Regards,

The Experty Team
